Yes, you can increase the number of employees on the Professional plan. This feature is not available on other plans.
The free plan includes 150 bookings per calendar month. Once you reach the limit, you can't create new bookings until the next month starts, or you can switch to a paid plan.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time through the app.
A booking reminder may contain more than 70 characters, the limit for a single SMS message. In that case, messaging providers count it as two or more SMS messages.
No, SMS messages are not included in the plan price. On a paid plan you can buy SMS packages separately as needed. SMS packages are not available on the free plan.
SMS reminders are sent automatically one day and one hour before an appointment. You can change the message format in the SMS Reminders field or contact support.
